Hey friend, I don't know about you, but I go through a lot of emotions at mention of the Coronavirus.  I am having to guard my mind everyday when anxiety starts to creep in...and to be honest I fail often!

But, God is continually at work and is showing me Himself in the Psalms each day.  Here's what He showed me today in Psalm 62:5-8, emphasis added by me:)

"Let all that I am wait quietly before God, for my HOPE is in him.  He ALONE is my rock and my salvation, my fortress where I will NOT be shaken.  My victory and honor come from God alone.  He is my REFUGE, a ROCK where no enemy can reach me.  O my people, trust in him at all times.  Pour out your heart to him, for God is our refuge." 

I keep thinking of what Dondra said from Friday's episode when we were talking about how God moved in her story. She said, "He knows what’s best and He will do what’s best."
