Stop putting MILK in your smoothie!!
I LOVE making smoothies! But, I went for YEARS thinking that it had to be milk based. Insert gag reflex. Why did I think that? No idea. I finally came up my best smoothie recipe and I’m spilling the beans to you TODAY!
Smoothie Recipe:
One banana
2 Smoothie Booster Cubes (recipe from the Lazy Genius blog)
Couple of handfuls of frozen pineapple pieces (I get the large bag from Costco)
1/2 -1 Cup of apple juice (I use R. W. Knudsen Organic Apple Juice)
You could toss in a couple of fresh strawberries if you have em!
Mix it in blender. Drink up! Yummy, healthy, and no milk!
