Claudia McDivitt is a transformational business and mindset coach, wife, mom and coffee lover.
She lives in Conway, Arkansas with her husband Nathan and their two kids, Rhett & Zoe. She’s always up for an adventure and loves sitting down with friends over a good cup of coffee. She’s a big dreamer and nutrition and fitness enthusiast. Her husband is in full-time ministry and we spent the first two years of their marriage overseas serving in South Africa. They moved back to the states in 2014, lived in Tennessee for a few years and now call Arkansas home.
She’s a Certified Business Mindset Coach and Certified FASTer Way Coach. She works with female business owners who are transforming their business through a positive mindset. She partners with them to help push out the negative noise in their minds so they are able to pursue their business and life with passion and purpose.

That thought of ‘I’m not good enough ‘took root in my mind.
Practical ways to overcome thought that is negative:
Hold it up against what God says about me in the Word of God.
Having community lift you up, celebrate with you, but let them know your struggles as well.

Take time for yourself to dream for your future.
Wren mentions Nutella (90% of your diet should not be from processed foods).
Take a deep breath.
We wear a lot of hats as women, as moms, as business owners.
You can’t do it all, all the time.
Allow yourself to do a check in in the areas.
On the days you don’t get it all done, it’s okay.
Look at the impact you are having in your home, in your business, and in your community and celebrate those things.
Celebrate the things you are doing well!
