Example of water bottle of how we are filled each day. We need to refill it.

View the process of eliminating stress as steps to refill the water bottle so you can be who God intended you to be, from a place of fullness instead of a place of emptiness.

Identify the stress that needs to be managed and the stress that needs to be eliminated.

  1. Eliminate stress and manage stress

    1. Take Adaptiveogenic herbs- Helps body adapt to stress. They help you lower your cortisol levels. Rachel’ s favorite herb is: Ashwagandha, B Vitamin Complex & Magnesium,

    2. Protein with every meal, Eat a little bit of protein before bed to stabilize blood sugar and cortisol.

    3. Don’t drink caffeine.

    4. Drink water. Half of your body weight everyday

    5. Exercise helps our body burn off extra cortisol

How to Rest Best ————-How to Rest-Reset: 20-30 minutes per day. Something that will replenish and rejuvenate. You may even feel selfish doing it. Water bottle example: When you are empty, you need to refill! Adult coloring, bath, a walk, journaling, silence, turn off noise.

*Don’t forget to schedule margin in our lives- Plan nothing in those 5 minutes instead of cramming 10 minutes of work into 5.

***Take a break from technology. Apps power down at 8 pm. Do Not Disturb except for family in favorites. Phone is in Silence mode from 10 pm -6 am. Power ourselves down. (A forced self discipline)
