If you start a podcast, these 4 parts of your strategy will go UP!

You’re saying, yeah yeah yeah, Wren, why is a podcast a good idea for me and my business?! Don’t I have enough going on? I mean…what is the big deal anyway?!

I get it. Believe me. And, I understand. Most of my podcasting clients have come from referrals WHICH IS AMAZING! (That means I have great value in my Don’t Wing It VIP Days.)

But, if I want to cast my own net farther (for more visibility)…I need a podcast for my coaching business.

Like yesterday.

I’m missing out on lost sales each day I don’t start a podcast.

Totally not giving you nor myself a guilt trip, but it’s just a fact.

I KNOW what it can do for a small biz owner.

I have SEEN the ideal clients that biz owners are bringing into their social media, email lists, into their sales funnels.

  • And, its incredible.

There’s no way I wouldn’t NOT do it.

And, the WOWZERS! aspect of it, I have all the tools for you to do it, too!

So, it won’t take all your time you devote to your business.

I may write and post another blog post on that next time.

Here are FOUR things that will go UP when you start YOUR podcast!

1) The KNOW-LIKE-TRUST factor!

Hearing someones voice is an intimate way for you to connect with them. When your listeners hear you, they get to know you, like you and eventually trust you! It’s a great way to serve your ideal listener!

2) GROW YOUR EMAIL LIST:

Your podcast is a GREAT way to grow your email list. You mention a a free download you offer, you put the link in your Show Notes…BADA BOOM BADA BING>>>>>>>New email list subscriber! And, the COOL thing??? It’s about 99.9% surety that the new email subscriber IS YOUR IDEAL PERSON!! Isn't that what we all want, anyway?? TO serve those who are our ideal clients? Yes.

3) Visibility

Have you heard the new news lately? FB wants to air podcasts? OKKKKKAAAAYYYYY. The fact is podcasting is here to stay and a way you can enter into more visibility in your business realm….is to start your own podcast that feeds back into your business. Visibility is huge and people are continually putting their ear buds in faster than you can say online strategy for businesses.

One of my clients are marriage counselors and has shared with me that they wanted a wider net to reach more couples and how they did that was going online. Starting a highly engaged Instagram page and a podcast. It has been highly successful and that makes me happy. More marriages saved. More income in their bank account to continue their business and ministry.

Okay, last and final thing (for today) that will GO UP in your business! SALES!

4) Make More Sales

It’s only natural. You have created the KNOW LIKE and TRUST factor for your podcast listener by starting and sharing value each week. They are on your email list to get those time value driven downloads you offer. Now, it’s time to bring your listener into being your ideal client. A podcast is a great way to bring sales into your business because it is used as a sales funnel. Think of the free value you create for your podcast as repurposable content for a blog post, social media post, email list content, and sealing the deal

I heard a stat that was AMAZING TO ME! Did you know 70% of sales come from emails you send to those people on your email list??? 70%!!!! Like if I had 10 biz owners buy a VIP Day from me, 7 of those bought because of the emails I send!? And, they all started out coming from YOUR podcast! WHOA. I can’t get over that!!!
